Return Policy – WOO Oils
At WOO Oils, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used oils
- Items not in their original condition
- Gift cards or promotional offers
- Sale items marked “final sale”
How to Start a Return
- Email info@woooils.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
